Imaging services provider RadNet has acquired the Indiana outpatient imaging assets of Northwest Radiology Network, expanding the company’s presence into the Midwest.
The Northwest Radiology acquisition consists of six multimodality outpatient centers in the greater Indianapolis area.
According to RadNet, the 18 radiologists on staff at the centers will continue providing contracted professional services to the six locations to ensure continuity of care and to maintain strong local community physician relationships.
Northwest Radiology was founded in 1967.
The acquisition is projected to add approximately $18 million of revenue on an annualized basis for RadNet, the firm added.
