InSight chief executive to step down

Imaging services provider InSight Health Services president and CEO Bret Jorgensen is leaving the company, effective November 15, to pursue other interests.

Jorgensen has served as InSight's chief executive for the past two years, and will remain as a consultant to the Lake Forest, CA, company for a six-month period to assist in the transition.

In the meantime, Richard Nevins, a current director at the company, will hold the post of CEO on an interim basis. Kip Hallman, InSight's executive vice president and chief strategy officer, will serve as interim chief operating officer.
