Siemens taps customer services executive

Siemens Healthineers North America has appointed Libba Sapitsky as senior vice president for customer services.

Sapitsky comes to Siemens after serving as vice president of customer care at Medtronic. Prior to her stint at Medtronic, Sapitsky held various leadership positions at American Airlines, Siemens said.

In her new post at Siemens, Sapitsky will be a member of the company's services leadership team and play an integral role in planning, coordinating, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives and management target agreement processes, according to the vendor. Her main responsibilities will involve oversight of service operations, education services, and zone services teams, Siemens said.
