Siemens Healthcare of Malvern, PA, has opened its new national customer service headquarters in Cary, NC.
The 143,000-sq-ft, six-story office building can house more than 700 technical and administrative support personnel and brings together the Uptime call center, regional support center, clinical education, service marketing, and integrated service management and vendor management, in addition to coordinating more than 1,300 customer service engineers.
