National medical group Mednax is acquiring the private Bethesda Radiology Associates in Boynton Beach, FL, as part of a larger expansion effort.
The plan is to integrate the practice with the Mednax-affiliated Radiology Associates of South Florida in Miami, the company said.
This is the ninth radiology practice acquired by Mednax in 2018. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
