Carestream signs French distributor

Carestream Health of Rochester, NY, has signed a distribution agreement with radiography and bone densitometry equipment manufacturer Apelem of Nîmes, France.

Under the terms of the agreement, Carestream can sell two new Platinum remote-controlled radiographic tables developed by Apelem exclusively to customers in France and Belgium.

Carestream noted that distribution of the new Platinum dRF model with a fixed detector and the Platinum model with mobile detector and wireless functionality will complement its Carestream DRX-1 line for digital radiography.

Apelem is a subsidiary of the DMS Group in France.
