Genesis signs DR pact with Carestream

Digital imaging systems integrator Genesis Digital Imaging of Los Angeles has signed a digital radiography (DR) agreement with Carestream Health of Rochester, NY.

The agreement enables Genesis to offer Carestream's wireless DR detector technology as part of an integrated hardware/software package called Neo DR wireless system. In addition to a 14 x 17-inch Carestream DR detector, the package will include image processing and modality worklist interface software.

Neo DR can be integrated into virtually any x-ray room and comes with a choice of 12-, 24-, or 36-month warranty packages, according to Genesis.
