VirtuRad names sales and marketing VP

VirtuRad has hired Douglas George as vice president for sales and marketing.

George will help guide the Phoenix-based company's expansion in the orthopedic market, as well as other applications in radiology, urology, chiropractic, and veterinary medicine markets.

George served in sales and marketing at Mitek Worldwide, a division of Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company.
