Del gets new chairman

Technology firm Del Global Technologies has appointed James Henderson as its chairman of the board, the Valhalla, NY-based vendor said yesterday.

Henderson, who has been a member of the company's board of directors since 2003, succeeds Suzanne Hopgood, who resigned as chairman and director earlier this month.

The firm is the parent company of Del Medical Systems Group.
