Konica Minolta debuts CR system

Konica Minolta Medical Imaging USA has debuted Nano HQ, a single-bay computed radiography (CR) reader capable of handling mammography.

Currently available only in Latin America, Nano HQ features 175-µm and 87.5-µm read capacities, as well as a new 43.75-µm read function for mammography, according to the Wayne, NJ-based vendor. It offers a processing speed of 80 plates per hour (14 x 14-inch studies) at standard resolution or 51 plates per hour (18 x 24 cm) at the highest 43.75-µm resolution, Konica said.
