DALSA wins digital cassette OEM deal

Canadian digital imaging developer DALSA of Waterloo, Ontario, announced that it has received orders of $1.4 million to produce digital cassettes for a leading digital mammography OEM.

The cassettes replace film-based x-ray cassettes. The mammography manufacturer was not named.
