Konica Minolta debuts Xpress DR system

Konica Minolta Medical Imaging USA of Wayne, NJ, has released a new digital radiography (DR) room package.

The company's Xpress DR system offers image preview in five seconds and the ability to take exposures every 10 seconds. It's a scalable system that can be configured according to a facility's workflow and volume demands, and it includes tilting upright buckys, elevating tables, and a consolidated system controller.

Facilities can choose from two different flat-panel detectors, a fixed 17 x 17-inch detector or a moveable 14 x 17-inch panel, to support all cross-table views and specialty radiographic procedures, according to Konica Minolta.
