Cardinal Health of Dublin, OH, has created an identity for its proposed spin-off of its clinical and medical products businesses.
To be called CareFusion, the medical technology company will include Cardinal's infusion and medication safety technologies for respiratory equipment, automated medical supply dispensing, and infection prevention products. CareFusion expects to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CFN.
