Interventional technology firm Cook has received a preliminary injunction against Endologix of Irvine, CA, and four former sales representatives from violating noncompete agreements with Cook.
The injunction also enjoins Endologix from hiring Cook sales representatives and placing them in their former territories and accounts, according to the Bloomington, IN-based firm. The ruling was issued by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
