The Sorin Group said it has signed a distribution agreement with Montvale, NJ-based interventional device developer Datascope.
Under terms of the five-year deal, Datascope will exclusively distribute Sorin's peripheral vascular stent products worldwide, excluding the U.S. and Japan. The contract also includes a call option to acquire Sorin's peripheral stent business within two years, according to the Milan, Italy-based firm.
