Toshiba notches 510(k) for Infinix VC-i

Toshiba America Medical Systems has received Food and Drug Administration 510(k) marketing clearance for its Infinix VC-i system with a large field-of-view (LFOV) 12 x 16-inch flat panel detector (FPD), according to the Tustin, CA-based vendor.

The Infinix VC-i system with LFOV FPD is Toshiba's newest angiography platform for vascular exams and interventional procedures. The company will showcase the product at the RSNA conference in Chicago next week.
