Film digitizer firm Vidar Systems of Herndon, VA, will be providing its complete line of digitizers to image management firm Zmed, which will incorporate them into its PC-based medical imaging solutions line. Targeted at the radiation oncology and neuroscience marketplaces, Boston-based Zmed's Web-based technology allows clinicians to view, transmit, and manipulate patient images using an application service provider (ASP) model, according to Vidar.
