Anexa, a subsidiary of Analogic of Peabody, MA, will highlight its SyneRad Omni EX and SyneRad Omni RT additions to its SyneRad Omni product line.

The two additions provide added functionality with new positioning capabilities. SyneRad Omni EX includes new detector technology for emergency and outpatient applications, while SyneRad Omni RT offers a dual-detector option for trauma cases.

Both DR systems are based on amorphous selenium detector technology and can be used for orthopedic and trauma applications.

SyneRad Omni EX and SyneRad Omni RT have received FDA clearance. The basic configuration of SyneRad Omni is currently available; SyneRad Omni EX and SyneRad Omni RT will be available in the U.S. and worldwide in 2006.
