National Decision Support Company (NDSC), Montage Healthcare Solutions, and Nuance Communications are joining forces to offer tools supporting the American College of Radiology (ACR) Imaging 3.0 initiative.

The offerings include NDSC's ACR Select software for providing decision-support tools based on ACR Appropriateness Criteria to ordering physicians, as well as Nuance's PowerScribe 360 radiology reporting platform and Montage's clinical search and analytics package.

The firms will highlight their collaboration at the upcoming RSNA 2013 meeting in Chicago.

ACR's Imaging 3.0 consists of a set of technology and data management tools that equip radiologists to deliver quality patient care in an evolving healthcare delivery system and under revised payment models, according to the firms.
