Carestream to unveil mobile DR system at RSNA 2016

Carestream Health plans to show its work-in-progress DRX-Revolution Nano mobile digital radiography (DR) system at this year's RSNA annual meeting.

The portable DR device will feature a compact design, articulating arm and rotation column, small footprint, and carbon nanotube technology to reduce weight. The nonmotorized system is designed to enhance transport and positioning in small critical-care areas.

The DRX-Revolution Nano system will also support sharing of Carestream's DRX detector with any DRX room or mobile imaging system.
