Planmed to distribute Disior software in the U.S.

Mammography and orthopedic imaging firm Planmed announced it will distribute Disior's BoneLogic 2.0 medical imaging software in the U.S.

The agreement allows Disior's orthopedic analysis software to be integrated with Planmed's conebeam CT scanner. The software allows for the complete orthopedic characterization of the foot and ankle and hand and wrist within minutes.

Additionally, it provides mathematical models of a patient's anatomy and metrics that describe the relationship between bones.
