Lumina, which was formed by the MetroHealth System in Cleveland, will utilize Siemens as its exclusive provider for CT and MRI equipment at all of its future sites. The long-term strategic partnership will enable Lumina to scale its operating model and brand at both corporate-owned and franchise sites with health systems in Ohio and elsewhere, according to the companies.

Lumina currently operates outpatient imaging centers at Mentor, Medina, and Solon; a fourth location is set to open in May in Westlake.
