PocketHealth is extending its PocketHealth Conductor agentic operations platform into three new workflow areas: radiology protocoling, the reading room, and the revenue cycle.
New capabilities include the following:
- Protocoling: Handles routine MRI and CT protocoling using the department’s own rules and escalates exams that require clinical judgment to a radiologist, with indication and prior history attached
- Reading room: Monitors worklists for urgent and unread studies, triages calls to the reading room, and delivers critical results to the ordering physician or proxy while documenting acknowledgment
- Revenue cycle: Verifies eligibility when an order is created, submits and tracks authorizations through payer portals, and routes exceptions and denials to the appropriate team
The platform operates legacy applications and payer portals that lack application programming interfaces by signing in under a least-privilege account provisioned by the health system, with an audit trail of all actions, according to the company.
PocketHealth said it will demonstrate the new capabilities at the RSNA 2026 annual meeting in Chicago.
