Sirona Medical has signed a five-year agreement with Everlight Radiology to deploy its RadOS cloud-native radiology workflow platform across Everlight's operations in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the U.K., United Arab Emirates, and South Africa.
Under the deal, Everlight's 800 radiologists will use RadOS -- which integrates diagnostic viewing, reporting, PACS archive, worklist, and AI into a single platform -- to serve approximately 350 hospitals, replacing the teleradiology provider's existing PACS and reporting solutions, according to the companies. The two firms will also collaborate on agentic AI automations across clinical and operational workflows.
The agreement is Sirona's first partnership outside the U.S., it noted.
