Covera Health and Medmo have merged into a single organization and will launch a platform that manages diagnostic imaging for nearly six million Americans across major employers and health plans.
Covera's AI-driven platform measures diagnostic accuracy at more than 1,100 imaging sites and routes members to higher-performing facilities, while Medmo's platform handles scheduling coordination, prior authorization, and results delivery, according to the companies. Together, the combined platform is designed to manage the full imaging journey from referral through results, the two firms said.
Covera’s Ron Vianu will continue as CEO of the combined organization, while Medmo CEO Lucas Takahashi will take on the role of president.
