RSNA 2025 will house the largest exhibition of clinical AI, according to meeting organizers.
Technical exhibits will occupy over 415,000 feet of show floor space at Chicago’s McCormick Place, with more than 660 companies registered as of September 30, according to RSNA. More than 200 companies plan to demonstrate AI and machine-learning solutions at their exhibit booths and within the AI Showcase in the South Hall.
RSNA 2025 will feature presentations in the AI Theater and RSNA-led AI research and education initiatives. In addition, the Radiology Reimagined exhibit will host a variety of 30-minute interoperability demonstrations that show new ways AI can be integrated into practice.
Also in the South Hall, the 3D Printing and Mixed Reality Showcase will invite attendees to interact with the latest 3D medical printing and virtual reality technologies.
Themed "Imaging the Individual," RSNA's 111th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting features a plethora of scientific and educational sessions as always. The meeting will take place from Sunday, November 30, through Thursday, December 4.
Registration options are available on the RSNA website. View technical exhibits here.

![A normal mammogram confirmed by three-year radiologic follow-up illustrates reader-marked regions of interest (ROIs) during (A) unaided (round 1) and (B) artificial intelligence (AI)–assisted (round 2) reading. Each colored dot represents an ROI for recall by a human reader. Readers could mark more than one ROI per case, represented by multiple dots of the same color. During AI-assisted reading, the AI system displayed three visible prompts: two with suspicion of malignancy scores of 35% (left mediolateral oblique [L MLO] and craniocaudal [L CC]) and one with a suspicion of malignancy score of 10% (right craniocaudal [R CC]), shown as polygonal overlays. Without AI, six of 10 readers (60%) marked a false-positive ROI. With AI assistance, this fell to two of 10 (20%). R MLO = right mediolateral oblique.](https://img.auntminnie.com/mindful/smg/workspaces/default/uploads/2026/07/2026-07-14-radiology-mammogram-ai-auto-bias.H0bYO8QlWs.jpg?auto=format%2Ccompress&fit=crop&h=112&q=70&w=112)
