Medtronic subsidiary Medtronic India has partnered with Qure.ai to integrate the company's artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms for advanced stroke management.
The collaboration aims to provide Qure.ai's algorithms to comprehensive stroke centers in India as well as primary stroke centers and establish a stroke care network that will aid in faster identification, decision-making, and triaging of stroke patients and potentially facilitate improved patient outcomes, Medtronic India representatives said.
Nearly 1.8 million patients are affected by stroke each year in India, the company noted.
