Imaging software developer Arterys is joining forces with medical software company Cercare Medical on stroke care. The company's Cercare Perfusion artificial intelligence (AI) software is now available on the Arterys platform.

Arterys has integrated Cercare Perfusion into its Medical Imaging Cloud AI (MICA) platform, and it will be available to the firm's installed base in the coming weeks due to MICA's software-as-a-service (SaaS) cloud model.

Cercare Perfusion offers decision support to physicians and provides perfusion maps for brain CT and MRI.
