
Software developer RadLogics and Perception Vision Medical Technology Company (PVmed) of China are partnering on artificial intelligence (AI) medical imaging, which will extend the reach of the firms across Asia.
When the pandemic struck, RADLogics pivoted its AI algorithms to detect COVID-19 in CT and x-ray images. Similarly, PVmed also launched a COVID-19 AI-assisted diagnosis system to help Chinese clinicians fight the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Now the two are joining forces to explore safer, more intelligent, and efficient AI medical imaging algorithms that will digitize the workload of the radiology and radiation oncology departments in multiple international markets.
