Contrast agent developer Bracco Group has formed a joint venture with Sine Pharmaceutical of Shanghai for the production and marketing of diagnostic imaging contrast media in China.
The new Bracco-Sine joint venture, which will be owned 70% by Bracco, will launch a MRI as well as a second-generation ultrasound contrast agent in China later this month, according to Milan-based Bracco.
