Digital subtraction enhances colonic lesions in MRC

A new digital subtraction technique improves lesion conspicuity in MR colonography, researchers from the University of Essen in Germany reported in a preliminary study. By subtracting the plain from the contrast-enhanced MR colonography data, they hope to improve their ability to detect colorectal polyps and cancer.
