Ultrasound artificial intelligence software and simulation developer Intelligent Ultrasound Group has named Christian Guttman, PhD, to its board as a new nonexecutive director, effective August 15.
Guttman is a founder and an executive director of the Nordic Artificial Intelligence Institute (NAII). He is also vice president and global head of artificial intelligence and data at TietoEVRY in Sweden, the company said.
Intelligent Ultrasound also announced that Andrew Barker, a nonexecutive director on the Board since 2017, will retire from his position on December 31. In the meantime, Barker will continue to serve as chair of the Board's remuneration committee.
