Positron said it has secured an agreement with a leading cardiovascular practice to provide three of its NeuSight PET/CT scanners for heart imaging.
The scanners will be provided under the company’s rental program, which includes training and support, Positron said. NeuSight PET/CT is a 3D 64-slice scanner for high-quality diagnostic images with fast acquisition and postprocessing speeds, according to the vendor.
The scanner is manufactured by Neusoft Medical Systems, with Positron having exclusive rights to sell and distribute the scanner in the North American market through a business cooperation agreement.
