SonaCare names CFO

High-intensity focused ultrasound developer SonaCare Medical has tapped Vincent (Vinny) Prajka to be its chief financial officer (CFO).

Prajka comes to SonaCare with nearly 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance and strategy experience. He will be responsible for the firm's finance, legal, and administrative functions, according to the vendor.
