Toshiba releases CT Vitality software

Toshiba America Medical Systems said it has unveiled its CT Vitality software.

Part of the company's Vitality Solutions portfolio, CT Vitality is available on Aquilion One CT scanners and allows healthcare networks to remotely manage CT protocols and capture dose usage analytics.

CT Vitality delivers a CT protocol review and verification process that automatically updates protocols system-wide, the company said.

Toshiba is showcasing CT Vitality at this year's International Symposium on Multidetector-Row CT (MDCT) in San Francisco.
