Imix to debut portable DR system

Digital radiography (DR) developer Imix Americas of Sterling, VA, plans to debut a transportable DR system at the upcoming American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) annual meeting in Washington, DC.

RadStation can be moved and connected to existing radiography systems, Imix said. It includes Imix's SlimlineT TFT-based detector with a 14 x 17-inch field-of-view.

Imix will also highlight its PanoRad SL and Intuition DR systems, designed for rooms with size and ceiling height limitations. Intuition can be configured with Imix's Cube, a self-supporting overhead tube crane, Imix said.
