This course will provide in-depth coverage of basic and advanced MR physics, including reconstruction algorithms, imaging parameters, advanced applications such as diffusion-weighted imaging, perfusion-weighted imaging, MR angiography, and MR spectroscopy, among others. The course will review basic MR imaging principles, including explanations and applications of such parameters as T1, T2, T2*, proton density, TR, TE, TI, Flip angle, contrast agents, relaxivity, etc.
