Nuance Communications has enhanced the artificial intelligence (AI)-powered reporting features in its PowerScribe radiology reporting software.
PowerScribe Ambient mode allows radiologists to turn free-form dictation into automatically organized, structured reports. Later in 2022, AI capabilities built into Ambient mode will include advanced autoimpression functionality, which will automatically turn report findings into generated impression sections and follow-up recommendations.
