Merry X-Ray acquires Texas service provider

Imaging equipment distributor Merry X-Ray has purchased imaging equipment refurbishing, sales, and service company Premier Imaging.

Premier has been refurbishing medical imaging equipment for healthcare facilities throughout Texas since 1994. This acquisition broadens the scope of services that Merry X-Ray provides to the diagnostic imaging market, according to company.
