Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center’s Department of Radiology is seeking a full-time BC/BE Section Chief of Breast Imaging to join our practice set here in the beautiful Upper Valley of New Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for Breast Imaging Radiologist with leadership experience. The incumbent will mentor faculty and trainees as they develop areas of personal academic and scholarly interest, and will foster a culture of scholarship and innovation within the Section. The successful candidate will provide dynamic leadership for our engaged providers and support staff as they continue to optimize the quality and efficiency of the state-of-the-art subspecialty breast imaging section. This individual will be eligible for academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College.
The candidate will perform the full spectrum of breast imaging diagnosis and intervention including digital mammography (with Breast Tomosynthesis), breast ultrasound and breast MRI and related interventions. The Breast Imaging staff are actively involved in the supervision and teaching of our radiology residents, medical students, fellows and learners from other departments and works closely with related clinical services including the Comprehensive Breast Program in the Norris Cotton Cancer Center.
