In addition, responsibilities include: protocol creation and revision --- including staff education, research, equipment maintenance and replacement evaluation, PAC's and RIS integrity, Quality Management, cost management and emergency response preparedness for the MRI department. Incumbent will supervise employees in MRI, (make hiring decisions/recommendations, ensure appropriate training/development of staff, ensure appropriate staffing levels and scheduling, administer corrective/disciplinary action), appropriately communicate relevant MRI information, and ensure policies and procedures are updated and conformed to. Salary Range: Hourly Rate Minimum $41.62 Midpoint $65.23 Maximum $88.84 Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology ARRT license/certification A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist Venipuncture license/certification Must possess advanced specialty certification - MRI Current BLS certification Preferred Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience Conditions of Employment: The University of California, Irvine (UCI) seeks to provide a safe and healthy environment for the entire UCI community.
