The Community Division of Duke University Department of Radiology seeks applicants for a full-time Neuroradiologist to start Summer 2021

The Community Division of Duke University Department of Radiology seeks applicants for a full-time Neuroradiologist to start Summer 2021. Duke Radiology’s Community Division includes 15 faculty and primarily serves Raleigh, North Carolina, population 1.3 million.  Duke Health is growing rapidly in the Raleigh market, one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States.

Duke’s Community radiologists practice in a unique “hybrid” model. Duke Community neuroradiologists practice subspecialized neuroradiology as part of Duke’s Neuroradiology Imaging Division in Durham and practice limited general radiology, with an emphasis on body imaging, as part of the Community Division in Raleigh. There are teaching opportunities, but no research expectations.

The greater Triangle area of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill offers singles and families many options for an active outdoor and social life. There are excellent public and private schools for growing families. The Research Triangle Park, a globally prominent high-tech research and development center positioned between three academic centers, has helped make the area culturally diverse and economically resilient. The Triangle is nationally recognized as a great place to live and work.
