Chest-CV Imaging Fellowship
Stanford University School of Medicine
Chest-CV Imaging Fellowship

The Department of Radiology at Stanford University Medical Center is accepting applications to a one-year, combined Thoracic Imaging and Cardiovascular Imaging Fellowship from July 2020 to June 2021.

This fellowship program is designed to provide comprehensive and in-depth training for radiologists who wish to gain expertise in both fields within a condensed schedule.  The thoracic imaging component exposes the trainee to a high-volume CT practice rich in oncology and interstitial lung disease cases, as well as thoracic interventional procedures.  The cardiovascular imaging component involves the trainee in a broad range of CT and MRI studies, including coronary CTA and cardiac MRI.  Training will be conducted using state-of-the-art equipment and imaging software in a spectacular new hospital opening in November 2019.  Although the fellowship focuses on clinical activities, the fellow will have the opportunity to teach radiology residents and participate in cutting edge research.  The curriculum will prepare a fellow equally well for academic career or private practice.
