Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles is offering a Body Imaging and Intervention fellowship for the 2020-2021 academic year.
The Body Imaging and Intervention Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai is a clinically-based program for board-eligible physicians who want to sub-specialize in body imaging and intervention radiology procedures that integrate computed tomography, ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging. Rotations include CT, MRI, and Ultrasound common and complex cases in a wealth of pathology. The cardiovascular service images all cardiac MR, cardiac CT, pulmonary CT (PE CT), and peripheral vascular CT and MR. The comprehensive transplant service adds to learning disease patterns, treatments and complications. Gaining MRI breast procedure skills enhances the cross-sectional experience and adds an advantage in a job search. A comprehensive exposure to pathology and complex imaging, supportive attending, and multiple tumor boards to participate in make this an exceptional training experience.
