In-home medical care provider DispatchHealth has acquired mobile imaging company Professional Portable X-Ray (PPX).
The acquisition will allow DispatchHealth to provide in-home imaging for patients. PPX currently operates in Arizona, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Initially, the combined services will start within the companies' Phoenix service area prior to expanding across DispatchHealth's national footprint.
The cost of the acquisition was not disclosed.
