Biodex to debut 2 new tables

Medical imaging table and accessory supplier Biodex Medical Systems plans to introduce two new vascular imaging tables at this year's annual RSNA meeting in Chicago.

The Vasc Pro vascular ultrasound table is designed for long-leg vascular procedures, including venous mapping, venous ablation, and other procedures, the firm said. The table design features a 30° reverse Trendelenburg position to expand lower extremity veins for enhanced vessel dilation and recognition of structures.

The Echo/Vasc Pro table is designed for vascular scanning and echocardiography to view arteries, veins, and heart chambers, according to Biodex.

Both tables have a height range as low as 23 inches to accommodate wheelchair transfers and patients with ambulatory difficulties. The tables also allow for seated or standing positions.
