The MS-S300 display is from the i3 series and has a resolution of three megapixels and a screen diagonal of 21.3 inches. The monitor, which has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in mammography and breast tomosynthesis, has a maximum brightness of 2,000 cd/m2 and a calibrated brightness of up to 1,000 cd/m2.

The monitor features an autotext-mode, LED backlight, and a front sensor for remote calibration. Finally, it supports the optional independent subpixel driving, which allows for each subpixel of the LCD display to be driven separately.
