NTT Data Services and population health management firm Enli are combining their expertise to provide a patient management program for patients with COVID-19.
The Enli COVID-19 Care Coordination (EC3) program is built on Enli's Value Navigator platform and is being deployed by NTT Data to help healthcare organizations record, manage, and monitor patients at risk for or who have already developed COVID-19. Caregivers also can provide periodic care coordination through patient check-in calls to detect worsening symptoms and possible need for in-person care.
The platform can be configured in two to 48 hours and enables clinical users to assess symptomatic and high-risk individuals to determine if self-isolation is warranted, safe, and practical, according to Enli.
