NTT Data Services has launched a trio of technologies for robotic process automation (RPA) services.
The new additions are as follows:
- Lean Bot and Security Bot: This technology monitors business' existing process automation workflows to make sure they comply with process refinements, identifying waste in the workstream.
- Code Finder: This automated coding solution uses natural language processing to examine medical reports and assign the correct medical codes, improving quality, speed, and cost.
- Robotic Context Processor: This cognitive automation robotic technology automates complex documentation processing, such as contracts and legal documents.
The technologies have applications across a variety of vertical industries, including healthcare, the company said.
