RAD Women launches online resource center

The RAD Women (RADxx) networking group for women in imaging informatics has developed an online resource center for current and prospective members.

Curated by Dr. Kristina Hoque and Dr. Judy Wawira Gichoya, the new RADxx resources hub aims to advance learning, networking, and career opportunities for women in informatics, according to the group. A live stream of current dialogue on the #RADxx twitter hashtag will also be displayed along with upcoming events, including a June 1 reception for RADxx at the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) annual meeting in Pittsburgh.

The resource center can be found here. RADxx is sponsored by cloud-based software developer Ambra Health and led by Dr. Geraldine McGinty and Ambra's chief marketing officer, Mini Peiris.
